Maternity Photography – 5 Tips for Taking Great Shots






1.      Wait until your stomach is big enough

Professional photographers suggest if you want to take pictures during the pregnancy, it should be taken during pregnancy is about 30 weeks. That's when your stomach is really round, but not too heavy. This time will give you better pictures.

2.      Clearly background

Background  is very important if you want a beautiful photograph. When choosing the location posed, should not stand in front of a cluttered living room. Instead, the mother may elect mermaid styling on a long sofa or maybe out to change the atmosphere.
A quiet seating in the garden, in the park bench or on the beach campfire. The professional photographer said the pictures would be nicer in tilt. The pregnant mother can look upwards foliage, or may look seaward to the sea.

3.      Turn off the flash

Instead of using the lights flash, photographer often suggests that the model should  standing near the window to get natural light. Thus, the picture will be perfect. And if outdoor photography, the mother should avoid the heat. The best time to photograph sky in the early morning or at 1 to 2 hours before sunset.
 
 
Clothing elasticity while photographing will help mother feel more relaxed.

4.      Dressed neatly and comfortably

Stretchy clothes will highlight the great curve of your body. Do not wear clothes with floral motifs, just to wear the outfits had a neutral color so that 10 or 20 years later when reviewing the pictures you will see that these are still great photos and costume is not outmoded.


5.      Finding a great photographer

Finding a professional photographer to take pictures for you during pregnancy will make you feel comfortable while posing and get some fun time when taking pictures.

Some poses the parents should try while taking shot:

- Take the focus on the navel

- Lie on a bench

- Let brother/sister kissed the baby's abdomen

- Sitting Indian-style pose, facial facing camera

- Shaping supermodel style - a low shoulder, one shoulder higher, push hips forward and hands comfortably

- Shaping as when photographing documents

- Shaping simple yoga postures.
